What’s included in a Vrbo turnover?

Questions About Vrbo Cleaning
How do you handle damage you find between guests?
We document any damage with photos within hours of arrival and send them to you via text or email. We don't repair — outside scope — but we report fast enough that you can file your Airbnb or Vrbo claim promptly. Minor issues we note; major damage we call about directly. If you find something we missed, report it promptly and we'll come back.
Will you work with my property management software or calendar?
Yes — share read access to your booking calendar (Airbnb, VRBO, Hospitable, Hostfully, Guesty, etc.) and we'll schedule turnovers proactively off your booking flow. No need to manually request each one.
Can you handle same-day turnovers during peak weekends?
Yes — we plan for Lake Lanier peak weekends (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day) months ahead. Turnover appointments are scheduled about five days out, and peak-weekend slots go earlier than that, so ask well before the date. Recurring hosts get priority scheduling on those weekends.
