Full Home Clean: Every room receives thorough attention: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen and bathroom sanitization, cobweb removal, and surface wiping. This is our most popular one-time option.
Targeted Room Cleaning: Need just the kitchen and bathrooms done? Or perhaps the main living areas before guests arrive? We can focus our efforts on the areas that matter most to you.
Event Preparation Package: A comprehensive clean focused on guest-facing areas: living room, dining room, guest bathroom, entryway, and kitchen. We make sure every space your guests will see is immaculate.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, many of our clients provide a key or garage code. All of our team members are fully background-checked, licensed, insured, and bonded, so you can trust us in your home even when you're away.
Can I customize my cleaning service?
Absolutely. Every cleaning is tailored to your home or business. We can prioritize specific rooms, focus on high-traffic areas, handle specialty tasks like inside cabinets or refrigerator detail, or prep your home for events. Just let us know what matters most to you.
What's the difference between a one-time clean and a deep clean?
A one-time clean is a single recurring-grade visit — typical maintenance scope, single occasion. A deep clean adds the quarterly-cycle items (inside oven, behind appliances, grout, baseboards) and takes 2–3× longer. Choose one-time for a pre-event refresh; choose deep clean for a buildup reset.
How far in advance do I need to book a one-time clean?
1–2 weeks is comfortable. Holiday weeks (Thanksgiving, Christmas, July 4th) fill 3–4 weeks out. Last-minute requests (24–48 hours) we accommodate when we have an opening — call us, we'll be honest about availability.
Can I get the same team again if I book another one-time later?
We try to. The team that cleaned your home this time is matched in our system, and when we have availability we'll send the same crew. If they're booked, we send a trained team briefed on your home's notes from the first visit.
What does a typical one-time cleaning cost?
Pricing is flat-rate based on home size, current condition, and scope you choose. We quote after a brief walkthrough (in person or via photos). One-time cleanings are typically priced higher per visit than recurring service because there's no schedule efficiency to amortize.
Do you offer pre-event or post-party cleaning?
Yes — these are some of our most-requested one-time bookings. Pre-event: full guest-facing surface clean (living, dining, kitchen, guest bath). Post-party: kitchen reset, bathrooms, floors, trash. Quoted per event scope.
Can you focus on specific rooms instead of the whole house?
Yes. Targeted scope is fine — kitchen + bathrooms is our most-popular partial-home request. Tell us what matters most and we'll quote that scope at a lower flat rate than full-home.
Will I get the same checklist as recurring clients?
Yes — the same checklist, the same team, the same products. The only thing different about a one-time clean is the frequency: one visit instead of an ongoing rhythm.
Is one-time cleaning ever cheaper than recurring?
Per visit, no — one-time tends to be 15–25% more than the recurring rate for the same scope, because there's no scheduling efficiency. Per year, recurring is dramatically cheaper because the home stays in maintenance condition and each visit is shorter.
