Will I have the same cleaning team every visit?

Yes — that's the boutique model. Unlike rotating-crew franchises, the same small dedicated team comes back for every visit, so they get to know your home, your preferences, and any pets. The only exceptions are illness or vacation, in which case we notify you ahead.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

Yes — we bring our own equipment and eco-friendly, pet- and child-safe supplies on every visit. If you'd prefer we use your own products instead, just let us know.

Do I need to sign a contract?

No — we don't require any contracts. You're free to book one-time service, set up recurring cleanings, or pause and cancel as your needs change. We ask for 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Do you speak Spanish or Portuguese?

Sim, falamos português. Mara is fluent in English and Portuguese, with conversational Spanish — useful for our STR-host clients and meaningful for the Portuguese- and Spanish-speaking communities in the Lake Lanier corridor.
