Gainesville's Boutique Cleaning Team

"I was raised to believe trust is the top of everything — that when you finish working in someone's home, every detail should show you took it seriously."

I grew up in Curitiba, in southern Brazil, and came to the United States in 2005 — for work, for a change, and to learn another language. I spent the next several years cleaning homes as a helper, becoming a supervisor a few years later. In 2014 I started my own service as All Seasons Cleaning Services. In 2022, when my life and work moved deeper into the Lake Lanier corridor, I rebranded as Lanier Pristine. The new name placed me where I actually live, where I clean, and where the families I serve call home.

The way I approach a home is, I think, very Brazilian — detail-driven, never rushed, treating someone's house the way I'd want mine treated. That's why I keep a small dedicated team and don't rotate crews. There's a young couple on Lake Lanier I've cleaned for since their baby was born; he's two now, and watching him grow up has become one of the small privileges of this work. From recurring cleaning to deep cleans, the boutique model — the same hands, every time, in Gainesville and the eleven cities around Lake Lanier we serve — is the work.
